Bookings under 3 hours? Text us.
Capacity: 30 people (+$200 to increase to 40 with add-on).
Rates: Base rate is always 2 hours + 100.
Daytime Overtime Rate: 125/hour, 80/half-hour (or more if your overtime impedes next client)
Rates*: listed rates below are for 6am-9pm | Night Rates: 250/h after 9pm, then 500/h after 1am.
Cleaning Fees: We don’t charge a cleaning fee if you leave our space neat and tidy, but a $500 credit card hold is required 48 hours prior to your appointment so that if any cleaning is required to be done by us, you may only receive a partial, or no refund, depending on the time and extent of cleaning required..
