Capacity: 30 people (+$200 to increase to 40 with add-on).
Holds: $500 credit card pre-auth hold may be required for some events.
Daytime Overtime Rate: 125/hour, 80/half-hour (or more if your overtime impedes next client)
Rates*: listed rates below are for 6am-9pm | Night Rates: 250/h after 9pm, then 500/h after 1am.
Cleaning Fees: Cleaning fees are required for nearly all events. If you think your event might be light impact and not require a cleaning fee afterwards, please let us know so we can waive the fee.
All figures listed in CAD. Please add taxes.
