    If you have any inquiries or concerns whatsoever, please contact us, as we would love the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about our Toronto event space rental venue!

  • Unlike some other event venues for rent, which have shared rooms, our event space is private; meaning you do not share the venue with any other renters during your appointment!

    The walls are soundproof, meaning that you can’t overhear private conversations of people in neighbouring units, nor can they hear yours!

    Please do keep in mind though that although the walls are soundproof, loud music may leak through. So if you want to blast music at a high volume, we suggest looking in a more industrial area; we don’t allow very loud, nor live music (our building management forbids live music).

  • Many of our past guests have said our space is sparking clean, and we strive to keep it that way for everyone. To help accommodate guests who prefer to save on costs, we offer the option to waive the cleaning fee if you’d like to tidy up after your event.

    If you’re budget-conscious and comfortable leaving the space in the same (or better!) condition as when you arrived, you can skip the cleaning fee entirely. However, please note we must ensure our venue remains consistently clean and welcoming, so we rely on guests to leave the space in the condition it was provided. In cases where the venue isn’t adequately cleaned after your rental, a cleaning fee will be charged at double the standard rate, as last-minute emergency cleaning services involve additional costs.

  • Our unit is 100% wheelchair accessible, from the main building entrance, to our unit, to the washroom inside of our unit.

  • Our Toronto event space features abundant natural light from three large, NY Loft-style windows, complemented by charming bohemian décor perfect for selfies.

    Curtains: Translucent sheer curtains softly diffuse natural light, while thick velvet drapes and blackout blinds offer privacy when desired.

    Mood Lighting: Our warm mood lighting (especially cozy around dusk) and string lights enhance the inviting atmosphere, creating an indoor patio vibe.

    Flooring: Laminate pecan flooring, plus a glossy white epoxy corner; our venue is 1,308 sq.ft.

  • We have a basic kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, double sink, and stove/oven (note: this is intended for reheating food only. If you’d like to cook or prepare food here you’ll need to discuss it with us as there may be an extra cleaning charge for kitchen cleaning).

    Inside our unit, we also have a private restroom, fully equipped with a sink, toilet, disposable towels, and stylish decor—perfect for selfies.

  • All of our rentals are fully private and autonomous, meaning only you and your guests will have access to the event space during your rental, without us needing to be involved in letting you in/out.

  • How Do I Get Support During My Rental? We have reliable phone & video call support! All you have to do is contact us—we have Toronto’s most reliable phone and video call support out of all the event rental venues in Toronto.

    Seriously, you call, we pick up, and we assist you instantly over the phone with anything you might need. If the support call requires video calling, we have that option as well over WhatsApp or Facetime. You can also just regular call us!

  • Our venue provides fast, reliable WiFi supporting multiple active connections, plus an optional hardwired Ethernet connection (ask for this in advance please).

    Planning a movie night or presentation? Our projector offers easy HDMI and Chromecast connectivity, paired with a large 9’ x 9’ white projector screen available as a paid add-on.

  • Audio/Visual Equipment; We have all the audio visual equipment you will need.

    From a portrait-oriented big screen TV on a swivel-mount, a projector and a white 9’ x 9’ screen, speakers with a bluetooth connection, and a microphone. Please note that only the bluetooth speakers are free to use.

  • Our event space is optimized for standing social events such as cocktail or networking mixers, but we also easily accommodate sit-down gatherings with flexible seating options.

    The space comes standard with seating for approximately a dozen guests (sofa, bar stools, platforms, etc.), and can be expanded to comfortably seat 40+ people by adding auxiliary seating and tables.

    Self-serve add-ons—including 30 folding chairs and 4 large folding tables—are conveniently available as a free “add-on” through our BOOK NOW checkout page.

  • You can also rent audiovisual equipment such as a projector and swivel-mounted TV with HDMI and Chromecast connections.

    We also have speakers with a bluetooth connection, which are free to use for your rental. If you’d like ANY of these features, please consult with us BEFORE your rental as they require preparation.

  • Q: What is Your Venue’s Maximum Capacity Limit?

    A: We aim for a 30 person capacity. For a small added fee, we can expand our guest limit to 45 upscale individuals, at the very most. Less than 5 infants or small children will not count towards this limit.
