    Clean, Private, Soundproof, and Wheelchair Accessible

    Clean, Private, SoundProof, and Wheelchair Accessible; Unlike some other event venue rentals with shared rooms, our event space is fully-private, meaning you do not share our venue with any other renters during your appointment.

    The walls are soundproof, meaning that you can’t overhear private conversations of people in neighbouring units; the walls are not soundproof from excessively loud music, however. So if you want to blast music at an unreasonable volume, our venue is not the one for this purpose; no loud or live music is permitted.

    Our unit is 100% wheelchair accessible, from the building entrance, to our unit, to the washroom inside of our unit. Our Toronto events venue is sanitized and cleaned daily at the very least. Sparkling clean space has often been used to describe our venue by many of our past guests.

    Lighting & Décor

    Lighting & Décor; Our Toronto event space is a venue filled with abundant natural light from our 3 massive loft-style South-facing windows, charming bohemian décor, and plenty of photogenic spots which make for great selfies and group photos!

    Included with every event rental appointment is our Mood Lights (all of the string, fairy, neon lights), at no extra charge—and these lights truly come alive around dusk or on a cloudy day, as they fill the space with a warm, cozy and non-pretentious light reminiscent of an indoor patio.

    The curtains are combination of translucent white sheer curtains which diffuse natural light into the space wonderfully, as well as thick opaque velvet drapes which can black out sunlight if desired. We also have a rolling white blackout-style blind which can block off the light from our Blanca room.

    The floors are laminate pecan and a small corner with glossy white epoxy, with 1308 square feet worth of floor space available to you during your rental.

    We also have optional projector & TV on a swivel-mount with HDMI and Chromecast connections (more on this in the WIFI section).

    Kitchenette, Private Restroom, Styling Area

    We have a functional kitchenette with a table height mini-fridge, double sink and faucet, microwave, lights, and a stove/oven combination.

    Note, no cooking of food is actually permitted in our space. Reheating food is OK, so long as it is not odorous; prohibited foods include seafood/fish smells, or strong curry smells, and overall very strong odorous foods.

    We also have a private washroom for your convenience; you do not need a key nor any code nor keycard to access this—it is inside of our unit, unlocked and ready for your use.

    It consists of a functional faucet & sink, toilet, and disposable paper wipes as well as a rubbish bin in which to dispose of the paper towels after wiping your hands. The restroom also has multiple areas for selfies and is well-decorated.

    Expandable Seating & Tables

    Expandable Seating & Tables; While our event space rental is configured to optimize space for standing-type social events such as cocktail or networking mixers, we also cater to sit-down type events as well with our expandable auxiliary seating and table capabilities.

    We already have several tables (bar top, kitchenette, rolling cart, etc.) and can already seat approximately a dozen people across all the seating available in the space (couch, bar stools, armchair, misc stools, etc.), but that seating can be expanded to exceed 40 seats after the auxiliary rentable seating and tables are added to your package.

    All auxiliary seating and tables are self-serve, and can be added on to your rental in the add-ons section of our BOOK NOW checkout page. Auxiliary seating currently consists of 30 chairs (foldable), and 4 tables (large folding tables).

    100% Autonomous, Private Rentals

    All of Our Rentals are 100% Autonomous, this means that, good news: no one outside of you and your team will be inside the event venue during your rental! That means no one from our team, nor any other renters—it’ll exclusively be you and your private team, that’s it! Private and autonomous!

    We don’t share space with anyone else, so you don’t need to worry about random people popping in, or asking to use the restroom, or anything like that! Also, since your rental of our event space will be autonomous, you might be wondering, “how do I get support if I need some during my rental?”

    Reliable Service, with Instant Support

    How Do I Get Support During My Rental? We have reliable phone & video call support! All you have to do is call us—we have Toronto’s most reliable phone and video call support out of all the event rental venues in Toronto.

    Seriously, you call, we pick up, and we assist you instantly over the phone with anything you might need. If the support call requires video calling, we have that option as well over FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Messenger. You can also just regular call us!

    WiFi & High-Speed Internet

    WIFI; We have blazing fast internet, and supports multiple active connections as well as a hardwire ethernet connection if so desired. If you would like to stream content and rent our space for a movie night, you can do this as well!

    Want to connect to our projector? Our projector offers an HDMI connection or a Chromecast connection.

    Our projector screen is white and 9’ tall x 9’ wide screen is available for rent at an additional cost, whether for your movie night, a presentation, or just a slideshow for your friends.

    Fully Audio/Visual Equipped

    Audio/Visual Equipment; We have all the audio visual equipment you will need.

    From a big screen TV on a swivel-mount, a projector and a white 9’ x 9’ screen, event speakers with a bluetooth connection, and a microphone.

    You can have an emcee to host your party, wedding, or comedy show, without any problems!
