About: Intimate, furnished, bo-ho chic venue for no more than 40 people.
1300+ square feet, all interior (no patio). Hard loft building. Very easy to access unit, first door by the building entrance.
Potential uses: Photography Studio, Cocktail mixers, baby showers, micro-weddings, photo/video, yoga, workshops, corporate, team meetings, celebrations of life, etc.
Restrictions: PRIVATE events only, no ragers, nor heavy drinking or frat-type parties, nor students. 25+ mature crowd only. No drug use, including marijuana inside our space.
Availability: no restrictions on dates or times. Open 24/7/365
Optional Add-Ons: 30 folding chairs, 4 large folding tables, projector, whiteboard, A/V system with mic, alcohol cart
Included: Free WIFI + Bluetooth sound system, private wash & change room, kitchenette, makeup area, client lounge, shooting area.
Caterers: none preferred - no fee for outside catering, just NO COOKING in our space.
Alcohol: SOP if selling alcohol, or if BYOB no need for permit if hosting private event
Rates
Rates listed are for a 30-person mature crowd.
Daytime Rates (6am to 9pm): $350 includes first two hours + 125/h after
Example: 6pm-9pm would cost 350 (6-8pm) + 125 (8-9pm) = 475
Night time rates (9pm to 6am): $250/h for 9pm to 1am, then increase to $500/h for 1am til 6am
Example: 7pm-2am would cost 350 (7-9pm) + 1000 (9pm-1am) + 500 (1am-2am) = 1850
Expand capacity to 40 people: Add $150 to your total.

Venues for Up to 175 People
Erica’s Venue
Erica is our most requested venue partner, and for good reason. Erica’s space can host a variety of events, including but not limited to all the events we also host.
Location: near Trinity Bellwoods Park, Toronto
Size: 175 people, 3400 square feet
Furnishings: furnished with ten 6’ tables, and eighty folding chairs, wooden benches and additional chairs, corded mic, mixer, speakers throughout the venue.
Potential Uses: yoga, fitness, dance, dining, banquet hall, mixers, cocktails, acting workshops, meditation, birthday parties, kids birthdays, celebrations of life, weddings, recitals, performances, engagement parties, etc.
Restrictions: No frat parties, no ragers. Security needed for events with 100+ and alcohol. 2 guards, $40/h each. Over 150, 3 guards.
Availability: Until 2am (past 2am, hourly price increases).
Alcohol: fully licensed. Suggested to use her bar since otherwise a $500 landmark fee for BYOB, and $30 bartender fee per hour. 1 bartender per 50 people.
Misc Notes
AV Fee: $100 flat if you need a tech to do anything.
Caterers: $100 food landmark fee, Beast Pizza and high end Caterers like Food Dudes are preferred.
Cooking: there’s a kitchen in the basement for basic cooking if desired.
In-House Rentals: tablecloths, cloth napkins, cutlery, cordless pics, projector, screen, coloured floor light bars, convection oven

Rates start at $1,000 CAD for 3 hours, and $275/hour per additional hour.

Anil’s Venue
Location: King Street East, Toronto
About: Prefers 175 people at most, standing (80 people seated max) Up to 250 people cocktail mixer standing for mature and responsible crowds, only!
Potential Uses: Private events, weddings, off-site meetings, corporate workshops, conferences, etc. Same as the events we host at TorontoEventSpaceRentals.ca
Restrictions: Rager type parties will be more expensive and require security.
Availability: Alcohol service until 1am, leave by 2am. 24 Hours a day for the right price.
Caterers: Catering kitchen upstairs. Also can accommodate Food Dudes, Tobin, Daniel & Daniel, etc. otherwise Landmark fee for 20% for smaller, unknown caterers.
Alcohol: SOP required for alcohol, and venue provides bartender. Client purchases alcohol, venue serves it.

About: preferred 300 people, max 350 if mature crowd. 5000 square feet with patio on King St. West
Potential Uses: banquets, receptions, mixers, cocktails, workshops, etc.
Restrictions: no ragers, student parties (grad students, OK)
Availability: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11pm til morning, NOT available
Caterers: https://thefooddudes.com (20% landmark fee for outside catering)
Alcohol: Licensed bar.
Rates
Daytime Rates (9-5): $350/h, 4 hr minimum
Nighttime/Drinking Rates (5pm onwards): $1500 base rate, $5000 bar minimum
